Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By entering this free competition and following the instruction below, we will consider you have accepted and agreed to our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to all Sky CSG employees and employees of Sky partner companies, except for those employees, their families, agencies, or any other company directly connected with the management of this promotion.

3. Competition duration

The prize draw starts at 09.00(GMT) on 25th July 2025 and will run until 17.00 (GMT) on 8th August 2025.

4. Entry deadline

All entries must be received by 16.59 (GMT) on the final date of the competition to be eligible for the prize draw.

5. Entry requirements

All entries must be in the @sky.uk, @firstsource.com, @60k.com or @concentrix.com format to be eligible to go into the draw- no personal email addresses will be accepted. Any incomplete or illegible entries or entries which do not arrive within the noted time frame will not be accepted.

6. Sky's final decision

The decision of Sky is final.

7. Scoring and draw entry

All players who score 8/10 will automatically go into the draw. Players can play the game as many times as they desire however only one entry per person will go into the draw. The winner(s) of the free prize draw will be drawn at random, from all participants of the game.

8. Prize details

The winner will win a Samsung handset - no cash alternative will be offered. Once the draw closes the winner will be contacted to provide their address so we can arrange delivery- details must be provided within three weeks of being contacted or the prize may be forfeit.

9. Age requirement

You must be over 18 at the time of participation to enter the competition.

10. Prize availability and substitution

The prize is subject to availability and usual Sky terms & conditions apply.

11. Use of winner's name

By entering, you give permission for Sky to post your first name and last name on Sky’s social media if you win.

12. Technical issues and liability

Sky is not responsible for any entries not received, undelivered or delayed due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by Sky for failed, partial or corrupted messages. This includes but is not limited to computer transmissions, telephone, cable or network failure, internet hardware or software malfunctions, acts or omissions of any service provider, traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

13. Liability disclaimer

No warranty or guarantee is given by Sky in relation to any of the prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury, or death howsoever caused, whether in contract (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the competition or in connection with the acceptance of these terms and conditions or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the competition. Sky does not guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with the prizes (including without limitation the manufacturer or promoter of any prize). Sky will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

14. Changes to the competition

Sky reserves the right to change or cancel the competition and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the competition (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Sky is also entitled to change the prize if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prize as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

15. Disqualification rights

Sky at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a participant from the competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner. So, come on, play nice.

16. Governing law and severability

This competition is governed by English law. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
